CARR - Patrick, (The Grove, Stranorlar, Co. Donegal).

This weekend on Paddy’s First Anniversary, Mary, Michael, Helen and Tony together with their families wish to extend our sincere thanks for the support, care and sympathy we received following the loss of our dear father and Papa on November 16, 2019. We would also like to thank the extended Carr and O’Kane families, our very many friends, colleagues and neighbours for their wonderful support at that sad time. It is important to thank especially Dad’s support network of carers especially Margaret, Dympna and Lorraine for their wonderful kindness to him since our dear Mum, Betty died in April 2018. We are grateful also for the sharing of loss at club level of Dad’s death and the continued support from the bridge and golf playing community in Co. Donegal and beyond. Finally, we would like to thank sincerely Dr Mulpeter and his team in Medical 2 in Letterkenny University Hospital who cared for Dad so tenderly in his final weeks and to the clergy of Stranorlar parish, Fr Kieran Mc Ateer P.P. and Fr Anthony Briody C.C. for their attention and ministry during Dad’s last years, his wake and funeral. For this and to all who reached out to show their sympathy we extend our most grateful appreciation as we lovingly remember both Paddy and Betty today and always.
