McVANN - Sr. Olive (Tubbercurry / Carrick-on-Shannon / Raheny)

On Sr. Olive’s first anniversary, her family wish to express our gratitude for the many messages of sympathy received by us at the time of her death. Many thanks to the Marist Sisters for their on-going support, friendship and kindness in very many ways. Thanks to all who sent mass cards, sympathy cards and letters, who phoned, who expressed kind messages online and to Sr. Olive’s many friends across Ireland, in the UK and further afield. To those who lined the route of Sr Olive’s last journey through Carrick-on-Shannon and to the church and cemetery, many thanks. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and support. Sincerest thanks to her GP Dr O’Baoighill, Mr Maguire, Mr Ahmed, Prof McHugh and Mr Joyce, the nurses, doctors and staff of SVPH, SUH and GUH who cared for Sr Olive with kindness and compassion in her final illness.

Thank you to Brennan’s Funeral Directors, Tubbercurry. Sincere thank you to Fr. Paul Dunne, Fr. Barry Hogge and Fr. Peter Gallagher who concelebrated Sr Olive’s requiem mass. Also, many thanks to Fr Leo Henry. Mass has been offered for your intentions.
