GERAGHTY, Christina (Teenie) née Kyne, ‘Ui Cairbre,’ Bundoran Road, Sligo and formerly of Newcastle Road, Galway, October 14th 2024, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Seamus, brother Michael Kyne and sisters Grace Lemass and Olive Bödeker. Dearly loved mother of Cliodhna, Fergus, Aoife, Dev, Caoilfhionn and Seamus. She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters, sons, sisters Sheelagh Gaffney, Maura Whiriskey and Gabrielle Kyne, son-in-law Tony, daughters-in-law Dee and Louise, and partners John and Kenneth, cherished grandchildren Seán, Ciara, Tina, Fiachra and Fionn, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at her home 'Ui Cairbre', Bundoran Road, Sligo (F91XPP8) from 6pm to 8pm today Wednesday, October 16th. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated tomorrow Thursday, October 17th at 4:30pm in Saint Joseph’s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo and will be livestreamed via www.churchtv.ie/stjosephschurch/. Burial follows in Rathcormac Cemetery. Home private to family on Thursday please.
