O'SULLIVAN Anne (Gracepark Heights, Dublin 9 and Boolteens, Castlemaine, Co. Kerry) - On the occasion of the First Anniversary of Anne's death on January 15, her sister and brothers wish to express our sincere gratitude to our extended family, neighbours and friends for their sympathy, kindness and continued support. We appreciate all who attended her removal and Mass in Dublin and those who attended Funeral home, Mass and funeral in Kerry many having travelled long distances in inclement weather. Thanks also to those who sent Mass cards, letters and messages of sympathy. We thank the teams who cared for Anne when she was at home and are especially grateful to our neighbours who were always there to help. Special thanks to Dr. Aidan Hampson for his wonderful care of Anne. Thanks to the staff and Chaplain in Beaumont Hospital who were so kind to Anne and family members in her last hours. We would like to thank Helen Jones and the staff of St. Gabriel's Nursing Home who cared for Anne for the last fourteen months of her life. Our thanks to the relatives, friends and neighbours who visited Anne there so frequently. Those visits were greatly appreciated by Anne. We say thank you to Fr. Tom Kearney who celebrated the funeral Mass in Whitehall with concelebrants Fr. Neil Horan and Fr. John, to Fr. Gerard O'Leary and our cousin Fr. Tim Mulcahy O.P and Fr. Sean Horgan who concelebrated with Fr. John in Keel. We thank Fr. Luke Roche for being so accommodating and welcoming to the family in Keel the place Anne first called home and now her final resting place. Thanks to the bereavement team for their help and guidance, to the choirs and all those who helped and participated in the funeral Masses. The professionalism and courtesy of the undertakers Lanigan's in Dublin and Flynn's in Castlemaine was much appreciated as were the services of the gravediggers. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. Anne is sadly missed by her sister Eileen, brothers Florence, Dermot, Fr. John and Patrick, sisters-in-law Bridie and Nora, nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
