TIERNEY, (née Cantwell) Monica (Artist) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Bunclody, Co. Wexford) - March 26, 2021. Monica, just slipped away peacefully in the wonderful and tender care of Mary, Jill and their team at Kinvara Nursing Home, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Beloved spouse, lifelong companion and intimate friend of Noel. Loving mother to Paul and sister to the late John, Oliver, Eithne, Magdalene, Fr. Brendan and Anne. She will be sadly missed by her brothers Alfred, Coleman and Peter, sisters Mary, Rita, Christine, Sheila and Ursula, her cherished grandchildren Rachel and Helen, nephews, nieces, cousins, all her extended family and many friends especially those in the ‘Fabric Art World’. In accordance with current government guidelines a family funeral will take place privately tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10am.
