KENNEDY (née Browne) Emmet Street, Birr, Co. Offaly and formerly of Lixnaw, Co. Kerry) - December 8, 2013 in the tender care of the staff of Sandymount Suite, Birr Community Nursing Unit. Christina (Chris), retired NT, Carrig NS. Beloved wife of the late Séamus. Dearly loved mother of Mary (Dublin) and Pat (Cork). She will be greatly missed by her loving daughter and son, sister Sr. Mary of The Sacred Heart (Presentation Convent, Dungarvan), daughter-in-law Áine, grand- daughters Eimear and Ailbhe, nieces, nephews, extended family and many relatives, neighbours and friends. May she Rest in Peace. Reposing at Boyd's Funeral Home, Birr today, Monday from 4.30pm with Removal at 5.45pm to arrive at St. Brendan's Church, Birr at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow, Tuesday at 11am followed by Burial in Clonoghill Cemetery. No flowers by request. Donations, if desired, to Birr Apostolic Society or to Birr Community Nursing Unit.
