O'DONOGHUE Neil (F.R.C.S., F.R.C.S.I.), (London and formerly Galway) - September 24, 2016, in hospital in London; mourned by his daughters Karolina and Ursula, grandson Paddy Mietpka and son-in-law Jacek. Always remembered by his sister Maura (Neligan), his brother Donagh, sister-in-law Marcia, brother-in-law David and his nieces and nephews. Funeral and cremation in London on Monday, October 3, 2016. Memorial to be arranged in Galway later.May he Rest in Peace
