KIERNAN, Matt, (Merlin Gate, Galway and formerly Kilnaleck, Co Cavan) - February 17, 2019, (peacefully) at his residence surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Marie (Roche) and much loved father of Ailbhe; sadly missed by his wife and cherished daughter, his adored granddaughters Étaoín and Saoirse, son-in-law Barry, sisters and brother, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway today (Tuesday) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) to St. Augustine's Church, Middle Street, Galway to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00am Funeral afterwards to Renville Cemetery, Oranmore. House private on Wednesday morning. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Galway Hospice/ Irish Cancer Society. 'Ní Bheidh a leithéid ann arís'
