McKAY John (formerly of Co. Cavan VEC), December 17, 2017, at St. Christopher's Hospice Cavan, after a short illness. John is survived by his loving wife Eithne, daughter Fiona, son-in-law Declan, beloved granddaughter Jane, sisters Eileen and Agnez, brother Desmond, relatives and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing today (Wednesday) at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan, from 4.00pm until removal at 6.00pm. to the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan arriving at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 11.00am, thereafter to Lakeland Crematorium, Cavan. House private. Family flowers only. Donations instead to the Irish Hospice Foundation, www.hospicefoundation.ie
