MURPHY, Bernard FRCSI, FRCSEng, FACS, (Dangan, Galway and native of Cork City) - July 27, 2014, (peacefully), dearly beloved husband of the late Nora and grandad to the late darling Rachel; remembered with love by his sons and daughters Anne, John, Ciarán, Noel, Aidan, Finuala and Barry, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, adored grandchildren, relatives, colleagues, his many carers and dear friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue this (Tuesday) evening from 5 p.m. with Removal at 7 p.m. to St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road. Funeral after 11 a.m. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) to Bushypark Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to NCBI, Sight Savers Fighting Blindness."I did it my way"
