McWADE Leo (Aged 18 months) - June 21, 2013 Passed away peacefully in LauraLynn Children's Hospice in the care of his loving family. He will be missed by his parents John and Catherine, twin sister Molly, grandparents Donal and Ann, aunts Deirdre, Clodagh, Patricia and Marian and uncle James. Removal on Monday afternoon from LauraLynn Children's Hospice, Leopardstown to St. Therese Church, Mount Merrion to arrive for 1pm Funeral Mass followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross. No Flowers please, donations in lieu to LauraLynn, Jack and Jill Foundation or Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children Crumlin.
