Sorry I was unable to attend Your Mum's or Dad's funerals

I am in India for the past few weeks and regret very much is could not attend either funeral.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on your double bereavement. I can appreciate the sorrow and loss you all feel as my own parents died many years ago within three weeks of one another.

Your Dad was always a good friend to me in the Federation, supporting me when it was really needed. Your mum I knew through IHF functions and Skal. She was a true lady and they were a very close couple. God rest them both.

Joined by Margaret we both promise to keep them in our prayers

jim
