WARD, John, (Castleknock, formerly of Moate, Co. Westmeath) September 5, 2021 peacefully at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown, surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed by his wife Mary (née Fitzsimons), children Patricia, Hilary and Eoin. Grandchildren Oliver, Daniel, Emily, Sean, Ellie, Claudine and Conor. Sons-in-law Denis and Chris, daughter-in-law Anna, nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Pat and brother-in-law Vincent, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his brothers Fr. Eugene O.Carm and Noel and sisters Pauline and Sheila. Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home Blanchardstown this (Wednesday) evening between 6 pm and 8 pm for family and close friends only, removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Due to government restrictions the capacity of the church is limited to 50%, but the Funeral Mass can be viewed by going to the Church website on Thursday morning.
