MONGEY, Barbara, (née Downes), (Monkstown, Co. Dublin and Past Lady Captain, Dun Laoghaire Golf Club). August 5, 2018, (suddenly and peacefully) in the wonderful care of the medical staff at St.Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Eamonn and loving mother of the late David. To the inexpressible grief of her loving daughters Anne-Barbara and Ruth, son Peter, son-in-law Peter, grandsons Darragh, Kealan and Sam. She will be sadly missed by her relatives and wide circle of friends. Reposing at Carnegie’s Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown tomorrow (Wednesday, August 8) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday (August 9) to arrive at 10.50am for Funeral Mass at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
