FAHY, Prof. Thomas James (Tom), (Psychiatry) (Ballagh, Bushypark, Galway, formerly of Clontarf, Dublin) - Peacefully on January 9, 2023 following a long illness bravely borne. Deeply mourned by his wife Ann and daughters Kathleen, Bebe and Alice, his sons-in-law Greg and Darren and grandchildren Orla, Lilian, Aoife and Joseph. Sadly missed also by his sister-in-law Jane and her husband David, brother-in-law David and his wife Marilia, the extended Fahy and Colvin family, neighbours and friends. Reposing for an hour this (Friday) morning, from 10 a.m. at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway. (H91V1K8).
