HAUGH, John T, (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Sligo town) February 20, 2025. Retired Aer Lingus Captain. Peacefully with his family by his side after a short time in the kind care of St Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Hilda (August 2022). He will be sadly missed by his children Alan, John, Claire and Senan, their spouses Rose, Audrey, Michael and Nadia, grandchildren Róisín, Deirdre, Kevin, Catherine, Patrick, Barry, Stephen, Declan, Luca and Kate, and nine precious great-grandchildren, extended family and a wide circle of friends. Reposing in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94 XK28 this (Monday) evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass at 11am tomorrow in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue followed by cremation in Mount Jerome. For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the Church webcam. Sympathy messages for John’s family can be left in the ‘Condolences’ section on RIP. Family flowers only please.
