O'KEEFFE Philomena (Phil) (née Crowley), Churchtown, Dublin 14 - June 21, 2013, in her 85th year, peacefully, in the care of the staff of St Vincent's University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Will be deeply missed by her husband Tom, children Declan, Deirdre, Máire, Gearoid and Cathal, sisters Pat and Mona, grandchildren and extended family. Removal to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown, arriving tomorrow (Sunday) evening at 5pm. Funeral Mass (Monday) at 10.00am, followed by burial. Name of Cemetery will be printed in Monday's edition and will appear on R.I.P.ie later today.
