PRUNTY, Malachy (Foxrock, Co Dublin, and originally Annyalla, Co Monaghan), September 5, 2021, on his 86th birthday, after a long illness, with great care in Blackrock Hospice. Beloved husband of the late Sighle, and much loved father to Caitríona (New Zealand), Brian, Emma, and the late Patricia. He will be sadly missed by his children, his partner Patricia Archer, sons-in-law Darryl, Tom and Ian, daughter-in-law Sarah Bean, grandchildren Liam, Lilly, Thomas, Maeve and Josie, sister Margaret Devine (Castlebar), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, the extended Archer family, his wonderful neighbours and wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his sister Rose, and brothers Fr Tony (Kiltegan Fathers), Pat, Eamonn, and Mick. Special thanks to the Heart Failure team at St Michael’s Hospital, Blackrock Hospice, his GP Dr Fahy, consultants, and his carers. May he rest in peace. Due to current health restrictions, a private family Funeral Mass will take place this (Wednesday) morning at 11.00am in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock which can be viewed using the following link: https://www.churchservices.tv/foxrock.
