BROMELL, Éamonn (Ballycalla, Shannon, Co. Clare and Limerick) - 26 July 2022, aged 52. Former principal of Gaelscoil Dhonncha Rua, Shannon, music producer Hazelgate Studios, and band member of the Speks. Peacefully in the compassionate care of the medical team at Milford Hospice, Limerick, after a short battle with cancer, fought with hope. Predeceased by his parents Áine and Tony, and his beloved brother Declan. Will be forever loved and missed by his broken-hearted sisters Úna and Fionnuala, his sister-in law Mairéad, his brothers-in-law Con and Ultan, his nieces and nephews Éanna, Conor, Áine, Eva, Ailbhe, and Oisín, his relatives, fellow musicians and band members, and his many loyal friends. An exceptional musician and composer, a committed step-father for many years – a brilliant, loving, and witty man. Eamonn will be reposing in his sister Fionnuala’s house in Parteen, on Thursday (July 28th) from 4-7pm, by invitation only. Arriving at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road, Limerick on Friday (July. 29th) for Requiem Mass at 11am, this will be streamed live on the Parish Website.
