McDERMOTT, Marie, Theresa (née Creedon), ( Biarritz, France formerly of Tallanstown, Co. Louth Ireland) passed away peacefully in Biarritz after a recent illness. Beloved daughter of Jack and Dr Irene Creedon, sister of Jacqueline and Michael and incredible wife of Hugh. Mother of Sean-Pierre, Hilary and Aisling, grandmother of Nicole, Hugo and Edson. Marie will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Marie requested a private funeral however we invite you to pause and reflect on her wonderful life at 12.00 noon on Friday, April 8, 2022. Instead of sending flowers, donations can be made to the Marie Keating Foundation (www.mariekeating.ie) or the The Alzheimer Society of Ireland at (www.alzheimers.ie) May she Rest in Peace

A very sad loss to all who knew her.I have known she and Hugh for over 45 years.A very good friend of long standing.

I was very saddened to hear of Marie's passing. We were classmates together in dental school and being so close together alphabetically we had a lot of contact in our various classes. She had a wonderful personality and I have fond memories of those years we shared. My condolences to Hugh and the rest of her family.
