CHALLONER Mai (Sandymount and formerly Clontarf) April 22, 2016 in her 95th year, in the loving care of staff of Mount Tabor Nursing home. Sadly missed by her life-long companion Joan, sister Phoebe, nephews and nieces, Stuart, Liz, Colin, Dianne and Hugh plus their partners and also her many grand and great-grand nephews and niece. Sister to the late Jack and aunt to the late David. Mai will be greatly missed by her family and many friends, in Ireland and abroad. Funeral tomorrow (Wednesday, April 27) at 11.00 in St. Matthew's Church, Irishtown followed by Cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to Dublin Central Mission.

CHALLONER Mai (Clontarf and Sandymount) - On the First Anniversary of Mai's death on April 22, 2016, Joan and the family would like to express their thanks and sincere appreciation to all the friends and relatives who attended the funeral and those who sent cards, messages and letters of condolences, sympathy and support. Your thoughtfulness and kindness will be long remembered. We also wish to acknowledge the loving care and attention of all the staff at Mount Tabor, Sandymount. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere gratitude.
