(Avondale Parteen Limerick) - October 28, 2014, (suddenly), beloved husband of the late Marie and cherished father of Mary, Tina, Billy and David; sadly missed by his loving children, son-in-law Peter, daughters-in-law Maria and Martina, his grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of caring neighbours and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing at McMahon's Funeral Home Blackwater this (Thursday) evening from 5pm with removal at 6.30 pm to St. Patrick's Church Parteen. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 11 am followed by burial afterwards in Kilquane Cemetery Parteen.

On the First Anniversary of John's death his children Mary, Tina, Billy and David and their families would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss. Our relatives, friends and neighbours for their sympathy, support and kindness during this past year. We would like to thank especially Patricia and Amby Lawlor, the Browne family, Jean Holmes and Fr. Tom Carroll for their friendship and kindness to Dad over the years. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
