DALBY, Iris (née Wilby) (Stillorgan, Co. Dublin) – December 29, 2019, peacefully, following a short illness, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Beloved and loving wife of the late F.C.B. (Barry) Dalby, dearly loved mother of Linda, Janet and Trevor together with their partners David, Denis and Fiona and adored Granny of Rebecca, Nicole, Stephen, Ellen, Laura and Adam; she will be greatly missed by all her family, relatives and friends. Funeral and Service of Thanksgiving today (Thursday, Jan. 2) at 12.00 noon in St. Brigid’s Church, Church Road, Stillorgan. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the RNLI or St. Vincent’s Foundation. House private. “Always in our hearts.”

DALBY - Iris, (née Wilby) (Stillorgan, Co. Dublin), loving wife of the late Barry, died December 29, 2019. On the First Anniversary, Iris’s daughters Linda and Janet, son Trevor and families would like to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them in their sad bereavement and all those who attended the funeral or sent sympathy cards and letters. A special word of thanks to the medical staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital who cared for Iris and to Revd Ian Gallagher for his pastoral care, also to those who sent donations to the R.N.L.I. and the St. Vincent’s Foundation. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all in grateful appreciation.
