<p>TIERNAN Fiona (Sandymount, Dublin) - August 6, 2014, after a long illness, fought with great fortitude, in the presence of her family at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. Beloved wife and treasured friend of Eamonn and dearest mother to Oscar. Will be sadly missed by her loving mother Lily, sisters, brothers, extended family, friends and community. Funeral Mass will be held at The Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount, at 4 o'clock tomorrow (Saturday) followed by cremation in Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross. Family flowers only, donations if desired to RNLI or Breast Cancer Ireland.</p>

<p>My condolonces</p> <p>Dear Eamonn, I am so sorry to hear of Fiona's passing. Damien (Hanna) and I live in Colorado yet the sad news made it to us. Fiona was such a good, good person, huge heart, great laugh, wonderful outlook on life. I know she will be sorely missed by you and Oscar.</p> <p>Here is a nice photo of Fiona at my 16th birthday party many moons ago.</p> <p>Again, my deepest sympathies.</p> <p>Deirdre Ryan</p>
