CARTER (née Baldwin) Cherry Tree Lodge, lower Baltyboys, Blessington, Co. Wicklow, Formerly Kennelsfort Road, Palmerstown) - December 20, 2007 (peacefully) in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Baltinglass Hospital, Gertrude Georgina, beloved wife of the late William and loving mother of Daphne and June; very sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Jim and Danny, grandchildren, great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at Cherry Tree Lodge, Baltyboys. Removal this (Saturday) to St. Mary's Church, Blessington for 2 o'clock funeral Service, followed afterwards by burial in adjoining churchyard."Nearer my God to thee"
