BYRNE, Myles F. (Glasnevin, Dublin) – January 26, 2021, peacefully at home in the loving care of his family, after a long illness bravely fought, beloved husband of Mary and father of Ann-Maria, Louise, Myles and Paul and son of the late Paddy and Sheila. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his family, daughter-in-law Siobhán, grandchildren Lochlann and Senan, brothers Thomas and Pat, sisters Sheila and Olive, brother-in-law Paddy, Robin, extended family and many friends. A special thank you to his dedicated carers who looked after him with respect, dignity and great kindness. A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but cannot due to current restrictions are welcome to send a personal message by post to Kirwan Funeral Directors, 21/23, Fairview Strand, Dublin 3 or by email to info@kirwans.ie. House strictly private. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland. May he Rest in Peace

On the First Anniversary of Myles's passing, his wife Mary, daughters Ann-Maria and Louise, sons Myles and Paul, daughter-in-law Siobhán, grandchildren Lochlann and Senan and extended family would like to sincerely thank all of those who sympathised with us, especially our family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, and dedicated carers. Every letter, mass card, phone call, flowers and message of support you sent was deeply appreciated. We would like to offer a heartfelt thanks to Father Richard who celebrated Myles's funeral Mass and graveside prayers in Glasnevin Cemetery. We are forever grateful for your unwavering support during Myles's illness. Myles remains forever in our hearts. Mass will be offered for your intentions.
