van HAAFTEN, (née Thompson), Maud, (Rathfarnham), November 10, 2016, (peacefully), in her 104th year; deeply loved and remembered always by Joan (Geoghegan), Julian (Dockeray) and Caroline (O'Clery), and her step-son Michael, the family and friends. Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Funeral Service on Tuesday (November 15) at 11 o'c in Kilternan Parish Church (Church of Ireland), afterwards to adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
