MADDEN - Adrian (Ratoath, County Meath and Rochestown, Cork) - With love and gratitude, we, Adrians family remember him on the occasion of his First Anniversary. We wish to acknowledge most sincerely the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following the loss of a special father, son, brother and dear friend. We found such great consolation in the kindness and generosity of our extended family, relatives, Adrians colleagues at Close Brothers and the many neighbours, friends and well wishers who visited our home, telephoned, travelled long distances, attended the reposal and funeral, sent floral tributes, masscards and messages of sympathy. Our thanks to Dr Barry Browne and staff of Ratoath Medical Centre for their kindness, care and compassion shown to Adrian. We also thank the staff of Ratoath Pharmacy for their help and kindness. We gratefully acknowledge the support we received from the public health nurses and the wonderful palliative care team and night nurses whom without we would not have been able to care for Adrian at home with such tenderness and compassion. We would also like to thank the wonderful staff at the Hermitage hospital who cared for Adrian throughout his illness. A special thanks to Father Gerry who visited Adrian and officiated at the funeral. Our thanks to McEntaggarts Funeral Directors for their courtesy and professionalism. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Don’t think we’re far apart
