BEATTIE (née Gibson) (Glebemount, Wicklow Town and formerly Cootehill, Co. Cavan and Navan, Co. Meath) - September 27, 2016, (peacefully), at home, Betty, loving wife of the late Ferris, loving mother to Tom, Elizabeth and Lesley; sadly missed by her loving children, brothers, sister, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. Betty will be reposing at McCrea's Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town from 10.00am tomorrow (Thursday) morning with prayer service in Funeral Home on Friday at 1.15 pm followed by cremation service in Mount Jerome Crematorium Harold's Cross Dublin at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Christian Aid."Safe in the arms of Jesus"

So sorry only now to learn of my Dear Teachers passing. Lamenting I didn’t go and find her in latter years. Such a kind and warm person. God Rest her.
