GILLIGAN, William (Bill) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - April 2, 2015 (peacefully) in St. Vincent's University Hospital surrounded by his family. Husband of Dympna (Scully), father of Anne, Clare, Rynagh and Peter, father-in-law to Colin, Shane, Eamonn and Theresa, grandfather to Louise, Sinéad, Jake, Jimmy, Orlagh and Conor. Sincere thanks to the staff in I.C.U. for their care. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Monday from 3 o'c prior to his removal to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 10 o'c followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.

GILLIGAN William (Bill) - On the First Anniversary of Bill's death (April 2) his wife Dympna and his children Anne, Clare, Rynagh and Peter and extended family, would like to say heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the removal and funeral at the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown, with a special thank you to Monsignor Conway and Fr. McIlraith who celebrated the Mass, and to Rockmount Choir, Soloist Alison Behan and organist Kevin Sheldrick. We greatly appreciated the Mass Cards, letters, phone calls and total support from all our neighbours, friends and work colleagues, and from Bill's friends in Booterstown VdeP, Meditation Groups and HF Walking Club. Please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our sincere thanks.
