PHELAN (née Fennelly) - December 6, 2013. Delia, late of Glebe House, Donaghmore, Portlaoise, Co. Laois and 25 Ailesbury Park, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Peacefully in the loving care of her family and St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin. Beloved wife of the late Pat and dear mother of the late former senator Kieran Phelan. She will be very sadly missed by her loving sons and daughters Paschal, Brendan, Sean, Mina, Breda, Fintan, Sheila, Lorretta, Martin, Anne, Christena, Margaret Mary, Kevin, Laurence, Louise and Ursula, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her 46 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at 25 Ailesbury Park, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 today, Saturday until 5pm and reposing at Glebe House, Donaghmore, Portlaoise tomorrow, Sunday from 12 noon with recital of the Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Monday morning at 10.30am to the Church of the Holy Trinity, Rathdowney, Co. Laois arriving for 11am Requiem Mass followed immediately thereafter by burial in Belady Cemetery. House private please on Monday morning.
