RUSH, Brian Patrick, (late of Shankill, Co. Dublin and Greystones, Co. Wicklow), December 22, 2016, (peacefully) in the warm care of the Ashbury Nursing Home, Kill O' the Grange, Blackrock. Beloved husband of the late Anne Rush, dearest darling Dad of Jean, Ken, Jackie, Dave, Carrie, and from his second marriage, Salome, Suzanne, Jesse and Claire, Grandad of Sarah, Emilie, Alana, Rebecca, Lucas, Sam, Jake, Sean, Jana, Emil, and Great-granddad of Gracie, Jamie, Issy, Lukey, Ollie. Sadly missed by his sister Una, (Sr. Bernadine), daughters and son-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing at his daughter's Jackie's home on Tuesday evening (December 27) 5pm - 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (December 28) to St. Therese's Church, Mount Merrion arriving at 9.50am for 10am Funeral Mass, Burial afterwards in Deans Grange Cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning.

Brian Sherry, Ingolstadt, Germany. Brian was a wonderful godfather to me and both he and Anne were beloved friends of my late parents Jim and Emma. Such a good person. Very sad news.
