BARNES, Dr. James (Jim), (Ranelagh and late of Castleknock) 12 February 2020, peacefully, in his 94th year, in the care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Beloved husband of the late Joan and much loved father of Brian, Gerard, Louise, Vincent, Anne and Emer. Very sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, fifteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, sister Nora, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends. Reposing at his daughter Louise’s home tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon from 4 pm to 6 pm. Removal on Monday morning (February 17) to the Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by burial in St. Brigid’s Church of Ireland Churchyard, Castleknock.
