McCAW - George A. (Rathfarnham), May 27th 2026, peacefully, in the kind care of the staff at Orwell Nursing Home, Rathgar; beloved husband for 67 years of Maureen, loving father of Rachel, Shirley and Gillian, proud grandfather of Adam, Amy, Holly, Ruby, Evie, Ellen, Roseanne and Mia. Brother of the late Charlie. Remembered fondly by Ian, Tim and Conor, his sisters-in-law Moisie, Brigid and Vivienne, brother-in-law Brian, nieces, nephews, the extended family, his home-carers Lily, Liz and Pat, and friends. Funeral Service on Tuesday (June 2) at 1 pm in The Unitarian Church, Stephens Green (D02 YP23), afterwards, to Friends Burial Ground, Temple Hill, Blackrock. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
