DEFAUX, (née Carney) Catherine, (Paris, France and Louisburgh, Co. Mayo) 14th September 2019 peacefully at her home in Paris. Dearly loved wife of Michel and loving mother of Claire, Thomas and Céline. Predeceased by her father Thomas and brother Paul. Her mother Eileen passed away on 19th of September 2019. She will be greatly missed by her family, brothers Michael, John, Tomás and Ciaran, sister Celine, granddaughter Eva, sons and daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Prayer Service will take place today Tuesday (24th Sept) at 11.00 o’c in Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook followed by cremation with family and close friends at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations may be made in lieu to “Irish Cancer Society” c/o Fanagans Funeral Directors, 37 Main Street, Donnybrook, Dublin 4.
