O'CONNOR, (née O’Kelly), Kathleen Mary (Kay) (Ballsbridge, Dublin, and late of Swinford, Co. Mayo) - October 28, 2021 (peacefully) at home surrounded by her loving sons, Pat, Tom, John and Tony, and her great friend Mary Conway. Beloved wife of the late Val. Predeceased by her brothers, Donnie, Colm and Domnick, and her sisters Peggy, Brid, and Ita. Deeply regretted by her four sons, grandchildren Timothy, Katie, William, Lucy, James, Christopher, Stephanie, Kate, Tom V, Sean, Elena and Mark, her great-grandchildren, sister Ray, daughters-in-law, Gillian, Aileen and Pamela, brother-in-law, Emmett, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, Joan, Mary and friends. Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand, Dublin (this) Friday afternoon, October 29, from 12 noon to 2 o’clock. Removal tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon, October 30, to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Swinford, Co. Mayo, for 3:30 o’clock Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Kilconduff Cemetery, Swinford. Kay’s family kindly request that current health guidelines be observed, in the interest of everyone’s safety.
