GRATZER Uwe (Drumcondra and formerly of Graz, Austria) - June 14, 2015, tragically died. Beloved husband of Fiona (née McCourt), much loved father of Luca, Mila and Esther, son of Veronica and son-in-law of Agnes, brother of Ingrid and Anita and brother-in-law of Ciaran, Emer and Vincent; a loving uncle, and a very dear friend to many. Much loved and deeply missed. Rest in peace. Uwe will be at home tomorrow, Wednesday evening (June 17) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning (June 18) at 11.45am in Church of St. Francis Xavier, Gardiner Street, afterwards to Glasnevin Cemetery.

GRATZER Uwe (Drumcondra and formerly of Gratz, Austria), who sadly died one year ago on June 14, 2015. Fiona, Luca, Mila and Esther would like to thank their wonderful family, friends, relatives, neighbours and colleagues for the love and support during this difficult time. Grateful thanks to everyone who attended the funeral service and sent flowers, letters and cards of sympathy. Thank you to all the leaders and members of Unislim and staff at IBM for your heartfelt support. Your prayers, generosity and kindness has touched us deeply. We are especially grateful to the emergency services, Guards, doctors and staff in Tallaght hospital for their care and compassion. We would also like to thank staff and chaplains in Belvedere College and Loreto on the Green for being a tremendous support to us. A heartfelt thanks to Father Neary and clergy in St. Francis Xavier Church, Gardiner Street whose beautiful service helped console us. A special thanks to Nichols Funeral Directors for your sensitivity and professionalism during this sad time. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be said for all your intentions. An Anniversary Mass for Uwe will be held in St. Francis Xavier Church, Gardiner Street tomorrow (Sunday) at 12.30pm.
