HOLMES (Cabinteely, Co. Dublin) - December 22, 2016 (peacefully) surrounded by his family at St. Vincent's University Hospital. Gerard (Gerry) (late of H.S.A.); dearly beloved husband of Barbara much loved father of Simon, David, Katherine, Sarah and the late Andrew. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Patrick O'Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin (opp Sallynoggin Church) with a gathering of family and friends this (Friday) evening from 5.00pm with prayer service at 7.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Saturday) morning to St. Brigid's Church, Cabinteely arriving at 9.50am. Funeral immediately after 10.00 am Requiem Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill. No flowers please. Donations, if desired to St. Vincent's Foundation. Donation box at rear of church.
