CARRON, Peter (Blackrock, Co. Dublin, formerly of Clones, Co. Monaghan) April 28, 2023. Peacefully, in the gentle care of the staff at The Fern Dean Nursing Home, Dublin. Peter, beloved husband of the late Frances (née Hanly) and devoted father of Frank, Neil, Aideen, Bronagh and Denis. Predeceased by his brother Michael. Sadly missed by his sons-in-law Micéal (Whelan) and Tom (Donohoe), daughters-in-law Hilda and Christina, grandchildren Ella, Peter, Evie, Elise, Hugh, Dónal, Emily, Tomás, Colm and Mary Kate, sister Noreen (McKenna), nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and a wide circle of relatives and friends. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 3, at 10am in the Church of St. John the Baptist, Blackrock followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. On the first anniversary of Peter’s passing and in loving memory, his children – Frank, Neil, Aideen, Bronagh and Denis – would like to acknowledge those who sympathised so kindly with them at the time of his death and who have been a source of comfort since. We are grateful for your care and friendship and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. At this time, we would also like to remember our beloved Mum, Frances who sadly passed away in February 2012.
