HAZEL, Vera (née McCormack) (of Booterstown, Co. Dublin and late of Thurles, Co. Tipperary) - Who died peacefully at the Hermitage Clinic on Tuesday, 27 February. Predeceased by her loving husband Finbar and her brother John. Vera will be forever missed by her children Audrey, Barry, Michael and Clodagh, her brother Vincent, sisters-in-law Joan and Monica, step brothers-in-law Richard and John, daughters-in-law Suzy, Dervla and Michelle, sons-in-law Daniel and Alan, beloved grandchildren Isobel, Pearce, Vincent, Evelyn, Christian, Siona, Fionn and Adaline, nieces and nephews and close circle of friends. Rest in Peace. Requiem Mass will be held in Booterstown Parish Church, Booterstown Avenue on Saturday, 2 March, at 11am, followed by lunch nearby. Cremation at 3pm in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome. Family flowers only, please.

On this, Vera's First Anniversary her children Audrey, Barry, Michael, Clodagh and her brother Vincent, sisters-in-law Joan and Monica and extended family would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them throughout this past year. Thank you to all who attended the funeral Mass, for Mass cards, letters of condolence and sympathy cards. A special thanks to Fr Des Hayden for the funeral ceremony and to the kind staff at the Hermitage Clinic and Fanagans Funeral Directors.
