BURKE, Edmund (Terenure, Dublin) former Principal of Cabra V.E.C. February 3, 2021 (Peacefully) in Tallaght Hospital surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of the late Ena and loving father to Róisín, Fionnuala and the late Niamh; sadly missed by his loving daughters, grandchildren Tara, Aoife, Stephen and Daniel, sons-in-law Fedor and Mark, sisters-in-law Nuala, Tess and Triona, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand- nephews, great-grandniece, great-grandnephew, extended family, relatives, friends and neighbours. A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message for the Burke Family on the RIP.ie website in the section marked “Condolences". BURKE - Edmund (First Anniversary, February 3, 2021). Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, extended family, dear friends and former VEC colleagues. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Edmund’s neighbours who lined the road to give him a final send-off, to all the medical staff and carers who looked after him so well during his illnesses, to the Carmelite community, and all who phoned, sent messages and gifts. We thank you all for your kindness during these difficult times. Forever in our thoughts.
