SPIVACK Dr. Leslie David - (Formerly of Belfield Cottage, Saggart), passed away peacefully at home in The Forest of Dean, aged 82 on March 28, 2012 after a short brave battle with cancer. Beloved husband of the late Ellen, much loved father of Siobhan and Ruth, a cherished grandad, uncle and brother. He will be hugely missed by all his family. An outstanding, caring GP who worked all over the world and held many posts. Also renowned as a Racing Driver, marksman, sportsman and photographer, a man of many, many talents. The Funeral Service takes place today (Tuesday) April 3, 2012 in the Forest of Dean.
