GRAY (Randal Alexander), (Alan), Ravensdale, Dundalk, (died January 24, 2006) - Alan's family wish to thank most sincerely all those who have sympathised with them and have given wonderful support at the time of their sudden bereavement. We would also like to thank those who took part in and attended his recent funeral services, especially The Rev'd. Sandra Pragnall, The Rev'd. Joyce Moore and Professor Fred Halliday for their words, McGeough's for all their assistance, and to the Dundalk Grammar School students who played and sung so beautifully. Some years ago, whilst in hospital, Alan recorded that he wanted to publicly express his deep appreciation and thanks to his family, extended family in Denmark, many people for their friendship and help, including the various organisations involved in social, educational and cultural life, with whom he was associated. The family, on behalf of Alan, want to thank his good neighbours in Ravensdale and Dundalk - he had been proud to have had them for friends, and his good wishes are always with them.
