CLEMENTS, Dr. John Cyril, (38 Dartmouth Square, Leeson Park, Dublin 6). His wife Audrey, wishes to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with her during her great loss of an adorable husband. Thanks to all who attended the funeral home, funeral Mass, sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, phoned to offer condolences, sent floral tributes, travelled long distances and called personally. A special word of thanks to John's great friend Fr. Brendan Quinlan, P.P., Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, for the beautiful Funeral Liturgy, also Fr. William King, P.P., Rathmines, who assisted at the funeral Mass. Thanks to Monsignor Seamus Conway, Booterstown, Fr. Oliver Sweeney, P.P., Templetown, and Fr. Gerry Byrne, Chaplain of the Blackrock Clinic. A sincere thank you to Dr. David Fennelly and his team for the great care and attention that was given to John during his final illness at the Blackrock Clinic. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Knut Moe for facilitating John by caring for his patients. Thanks to his good friend Dr. Arthur Searson who was always there to help John, at anytime of the day or night. Thanks to Dr. Gabriel Stewart for his help. Thanks to all my lovely friends and neighbours who have been so kind to me since John died. I would especially like to thank all the patients who paid such lovely tributes to him in their cards, letters and on-line. My grateful thanks to the Mee and Clements families who have made me so welcome since I came to live in Dublin. Thanks to my relatives and friends in Wexford. Thanks also to Paul Byrom (soloist), John Hughes (Organist) for their meaningful music and singing. Finally, thanks to Massey Bros. for their courtesy and professionalism. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all. First Anniversary Mass, Saturday, October 6, in Rathmines Church at 7.00pm."Always in our hearts."
