O'BRIEN - Patrick E (Pat), late of Rathfarnham, 9th October 2025 in his 95th year, peacefully in Gascoigne Nursing Home, Rathmines. Loving husband to Margaret for 66 beautiful years, adored father to Karen, Graham, Nicola (Nicky) and Tracy, wonderful grandfather to Colm, Hugh, George, Enid, Keelin, Dillon, Daniel and Matthew and great-grandfather to Laura and Emma. Pat will be sadly missed by daughter-in-law Frances, sons-in-law John, Pearse and Noel, granddaughter-in-law Fiona, brother Denis, sister Betty, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Rest in Peace. Removal from Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Monday (13th October 2025) to the Church of the Assumption SS. Columbanus and Gall, Milltown Road, Dublin D06 NX24 to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial at Mount Jerome Cemetery. Family Flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation.
