CARROLL - William L (Willie), Dublin and Clones, Co Monaghan. On this, the First Anniversary of Dad’s death, we his children Bill, Rosa and daughter-in-law Ben would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to those who sympathised with us at the time of Willie’s death. Sincere thanks to those who attended the funeral and sent messages, cards, letters and online condolences to us. It was a source of comfort to know how well Dad was remembered by so many. A special thank you to Anne Marie Woods and the wonderful team at Newtownpark House Nursing Home, Blackrock who looked after Dad with such kindness during his time there. Thank you to Massey Bros Funeral Directors, Blackrock for their support and professionalism. To Fr Kieran O’Mahony OSA, Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, who kindly celebrated the funeral mass. Finally, a special thank you to Dad’s neighbours in Donnybrook for their kindness to him over all the years. We hope all will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
