CONLON Nancy (née Lowe) - Passed away peacefully in Holy Name Care Home, Hull on October 18, 2014 aged 95 years. Reunited with loving Husband Dennis and daughter Denise Gloria. Dearly loved Mam of Gillian, Stephen, Nicola and in-laws Áine and Richard. Devoted grandma of Sean, Roisín and Barry. Will be sadly missed by all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandaughter.
