R.I.P. Removal took place yesterday (Friday) evening to St Peter's Church Phibsboro'. Funeral today (Saturday) to St Corban's Cemetery, Nass following 10 o'clock Mass in St Peter's Church. Family flowers only please, but donations to St Francis Hospice, Raheny, Dublin 5, whose outreach team looked after Eithne so well. Would be deeply appreciated by her family.
DOWLING (Eithne) - Formerly of Dunlavin, Naas, Malahide and Phibsboro, on this the first anniversary of Eithne's death, her daughters Noeleen and Lou, together with their families, would like to thank everyone for their help and support over a sad and difficult time. It was particularly consoling that so many family and old friends were able to attend her funeral and we were very grateful for letters, Mass cards and other tokens of sympathy. We will always be thankful to her carers, the medical teams who looked after her, and to the priests and parishioners of St Peter's Church in Phibsboro who befriended her. She is deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
