HAMMOND, (née Breen) Sarah (Castleknock and Glasnevin) – November 11, 2023 (peacefully) in the loving care of her family and the wonderful staff at Mount Hybla Nursing Home, Castleknock, beloved wife of the late Ivan; lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children John, Elizabeth and Ivan, daughters-in-law Nalini and Nicola, Elizabeth’s partner James, her adoring grandchildren Rachel, David, Tadhg, Sienna, Jasper, Joshua and Sophie, sister-in-law Siobhan, nieces and nephews, kind neighbours and her many friends. Reposing at Mount Hybla Nursing Home this (Tuesday) evening (November 14) with family in attendance from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) morning (November 15) at 11 o’clock in Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock. Funeral thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery. Funeral Mass may be viewed on the Church webcam. May she Rest in Peace
