McGARRY-LENNON, Dr. Kathleen McGarry, (Collon, Co. Louth). On the First Anniversary of her death, her family wish to express their gratitude to all her friends, medical and nursing colleagues from far and wide, her colleagues in the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland and those in the Irish Heart Foundation, her neighbours in Collon and her many patients, who attended her funeral and all those who made contact with us in many different ways to sympathize and share our loss. We thank the priests of Navan and Collon parishes and Fr. Teddy Lennon, OFM who celebrated her funeral Mass. We acknowledge the special tribute she received from all her colleagues in Our Lady's Hospital, Navan during the funeral ceremonies and thank the local and regional TDs and public representatives, including the Aide-de-Camp of an Taoiseach who were present. We express our enduring gratitude to the Oncology, Palliative Care and Respiratory teams in the Mater and St. Vincent's Private Hospitals and to her family doctor in Tullyallen for their devoted care and attention. We also want to especially mention the wonderful support and comfort she received from the Palliative Care team in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda. We remember her courage, generosity, humour and abiding love.
